I recommend a seven-week bootcamp as we start our coaching to build your mental fitness. Once completed, you have the opportuinity to continue to grow and learn in an individual or group setting. The PQ Program offers a proven method to enhance inner resiliency, confidence, and strength. The PQ Program is included in my individual coaching programs.
What is Positive Intelligence (PQ)®?
Positive Intelligence (aka PQ)® is a mental fitness coaching program that employs proven, evidence-based tools to enhance wellness, productivity, resiliency, healthier relationships, and ultimately, greater life satisfaction and personal fulfillment. It is rooted in neuroscience, positive psychology, and organizational science, which links the process of replacing old, unhelpful habits with new neural pathways leading to lasting positive habits. It was developed by Shirzad Chamine, author and chairman of Co-Active Training Institute (CTI), the largest coach-training organization worldwide.
What to Expect from the 7-week Foundation Program:
You get to build a foundation of mental fitness by strengthening three critical mental muscles to shift the balance of power from your inner Saboteurs (the automatic and habitual mental patterns which lead to anxiety, stress, self-doubt, anger, avoidance, defensiveness, procrastination or discontent) to your inner Sage (the mental state that allows you to manage challenges with a clear and calm mind which activates positive emotions such as joy, contentment, love, hope, serenity, empowerment, confidence and connectedness).
Self-Command Muscle
Through a breakthrough process called PQ Reps, you get to boost your Self-Command (the powerful mental practice of shifting from Saboteurs to Sage) muscle. Each PQ Rep only takes 10 seconds and can be done with eyes open or closed. With each PQ Rep, you develop greater mastery over your own mind, quiet the negative, and activate the positive region of your brain.
Saboteur Interceptor Muscle
You get to intercept your top Saboteurs the moment they try to hijack your thoughts, feelings, and actions. In preparation for this practice, you get to expose the lies, limiting beliefs, and damage of your Saboteurs so they can no longer convince you to think they are helpful to you.
Sage Muscle
You get to practice the Sage Perspective, which is that every problem or challenge can be converted into a gift and opportunity. Plus, you get to generate this awareness through the 5 Sage Powers of Empathize, Explore, Innovate, Navigate, and Activate. Positive Intelligence (PQ)® is an operating system with many applications. After developing your 3 core mental muscles in the first 6 weeks, you can continue to grow by following modules in subsequent weeks to use your muscles in a variety of work and life applications.
